Synopsis:
Through a visual and auditory journey across Latin America, ILLa Wayra, a young explorer, will search for draw different endangered animal species, discovering the vital role each plays in its ecosystem, their cultural significance for Indigenous communities, the environmental challenges they face, and the individual and collective actions we can take to help prevent their extinction.

In the first episode, “Our Forests,” viewers will meet the jaguar of the Amazon rainforest and the Monkey Titi of Colombia’s Caribbean region. In the second episode, “Our Skies” they will encounter the quetzal of the Mayan territories of Central America and the Andean condor.
Sinopsis
A través de un viaje visual y sonoro por Latinoamérica, ILa Wayra, una joven exploradora, buscara y dibujara a diferentes animales en peligro de extinción, descubriendo la importancia de cada uno en los ecosistemas, el significado cultural que tiene para algunas comunidades indígenas, los desafíos ambientales a los que se enfrentan y que acciones, tanto individuales como colectivas, podemos hacer para ayudar a prevenir su desaparición.
En el primer episodio, “Nuestras selvas”, se conocerá al jaguar de la selva amazónica y al mono tití del Caribe colombiano. En el segundo, “Nuestros cielos”, al quetzal de los territorios mayas de Centroamérica y al cóndor de los Andes. En el último episodio, “Nuestras aguas”, el ajolote de los lagos de Xochimilco y la vaquita marina del Golfo de California, en México.
